Throw out those red onions?
Throw out those mushrooms?
Keep the ham!
Use those eggs!
Add those left-over pieces of chicken breast you were going to feed me later...
Put in that bit of crab you've been saving for your snack!
Forget that cheddar cheese 'thing', and use SWISS CHEESE - just not too much.
The tomatoes are okay - leave a few in it for me.
I don't need the sour cream.
